Shipping

Every order is printed in our own studio before it ships, so the total time you wait is production plus delivery.

  • Production: 1–2 working days for catalogue items, 3–7 working days for custom work once a proof is approved.
  • UAE delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch. Free on orders over AED 250, otherwise a flat AED 20.
  • GCC delivery: 3–6 working days after dispatch, calculated at checkout.
  • International: 5–12 working days after dispatch, calculated at checkout.

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the courier collects your parcel. Duties and import taxes on orders leaving the UAE are the recipient’s responsibility.

Returns and exchanges

If a catalogue item is not right, you have 14 days from delivery to start a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Start a return by contacting us with your order number. We will send return instructions.
  • Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of the item reaching us.
  • Exchanges for a different size are free within the UAE on your first exchange per order.

Custom and personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or differ from the proof you approved. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, send us a photograph within 14 days of delivery. We will reprint it or refund you in full, including delivery, and we will cover return postage.

Normal wear, damage from washing against the care instructions, and minor placement variation inherent to screen printing are not treated as faults.

Care

Prints last considerably longer with a little care. Wash inside out at 30°C on a gentle cycle, avoid bleach and fabric softener, hang to dry out of direct sun, and iron on the reverse — never directly on the print.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and run the studio: your name, contact details, delivery address, order history, and any artwork or brief you send us.

  • Order and delivery details are shared with our printshop team and our delivery partner so your parcel can be made and delivered.
  • Payment is processed by our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • Artwork you send for custom work is stored securely and used only for your project.
  • We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the partners needed to complete your order.

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to records we are required to keep for tax and accounting.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work: keeping your bag between pages, remembering that you are signed in, and completing checkout securely. Any analytics cookies are optional and can be declined without affecting your ability to order.

Marketing

We email you about your order because we have to. We only send marketing email if you have asked for it, and every one of those has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Intellectual property

All designs, photography, copy and layout on this site belong to Mlokhia Creatives unless stated otherwise. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking first — we are usually happy to say yes.

Accessibility

We build this site to be usable with a keyboard, with a screen reader, and with reduced motion enabled. If something on this site is getting in your way, tell us and we will fix it.
