Who we are
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Mlokhia Creatives, a print studio based in the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not order.
Where these terms refer to “we”, “us” or “the studio”, they mean Mlokhia Creatives. “You” means the person placing the order.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order for any reason, including stock, pricing errors, or a request we are not able to print.
- Every garment is printed to order. Production begins shortly after payment clears.
- Once production has begun an order cannot be changed. Contact us within two hours of ordering if something is wrong and we will do what we can.
- We may cancel and refund in full if a design turns out to be unprintable at the quality we are willing to ship.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details. If a price is listed incorrectly we will contact you before charging, and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel.
Custom design work
Custom work is quoted per project and is covered by these terms alongside anything specific we agree in writing.
- Your quote sets out what is included, how many revision rounds you get, and the timeline.
- Custom orders require approval of a digital proof before printing. Once you approve a proof, it is what we print.
- Custom and personalised items are made to your specification and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or differ from the approved proof.
- A deposit may be required on larger runs. Deposits are non-refundable once artwork has started.
Artwork you supply
When you send us artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it will not infringe anyone’s rights. You agree to cover any claim brought against us because of artwork you supplied.
We will decline artwork that is hateful, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful. This is at our discretion and we will refund you in full if we decline after you have paid.
You keep ownership of your artwork. You give us permission to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order, and — unless you ask us not to — to photograph the finished garment for our portfolio and social channels.
Our designs
Every design in our own catalogue is original work owned by Mlokhia Creatives. Buying a garment does not transfer any rights in the design. You may not reproduce, resell or commercially print our artwork without written permission.
Delivery
Delivery is handled by third-party couriers. Timelines given at checkout are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything has arrived damaged. Delays caused by the courier, customs, or an incorrect address you supplied are outside our control.

Product accuracy
We photograph our garments carefully, but screens vary and colour may render differently on your device. Small variations in print placement — normally within a centimetre — are a normal part of screen printing and are not defects.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or missed events.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
